Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds:

Return Process

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Tradexa Store is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value, subject to stock availability. Please indicate your preference for an exchange when contacting our Customer Service team.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item for verification.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Canceling an Order

Before Shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations before shipment.

After Shipment:

If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process after receiving the item.
